How to Lose Weight with Coffee?
Normally I heard that drinking
coffee on an empty stomach or early in the morning is very beneficial but according
to my experience it's not as beneficial
for me it cause some serious problems like burning in the stomach,
nausea, headache, constipation, and many
more
Then I consult with my doctor and he
prescribed me to take coffee after breakfast and trust me it works for me I lost
about 10 kg by taking BLACK COFFE simple and doing some cardio
I simply boiled the Water and put 2 teaspoons
of coffee in it and here my black coffee is ready

ü Never be harsh on yourself
ü Drink water whenever you feel hungry
